Juicy Baked Chicken Breast

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cup kosher salt

1/4 cup melted butter or olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

Brine the Chicken: Dissolve salt in 1 quart of warm water. Submerge chicken for 15 minutes, then rinse and pat dry.

Preheat Oven: Set to 450°F (232°C).

Season: Brush chicken with melted butter or oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Bake: Place in a baking dish and bake for 15-18 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts, halved horizontally

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp melted butter

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika


Instructions:

Prepare Chicken: Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Season chicken with lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Make Mixture: In a bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

Coat Chicken: Spread the garlic Parmesan mixture evenly over the chicken.

Bake: Place in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
